Horrible Bachelor Recipes: The Banquet Sandwich
First of all a caveat: I like Banquet microwave meals. They aren't the best by any stretch of the imagination but they can be had for less than a dollar, will keep virtually forever (more on that later) and they taste OK. Not great but I have had far worse in terms of frozen squares that have been labeled "food" at Krogers.
The problem with most microwave meals is that they aren't filling.
At all.
You can eat three of them for lunch and, if you are an internet fatty, polish off 2 more for dinner.
So lets turn these microwave meals into a MEAL. A real bachelor meal with cheese, salt and late night depression wondering if you should fall asleep drunk on the couch or fall asleep drunk on the bed.
